About the Role They are currently seeking an experienced Leadership & Engagement Specialist to join their Sydney-based People & Culture team. You will play a key role in supporting significant organisational change, facilitating leadership development programs, and coaching leaders and teams to uplift capability across Sydney Metro. Key Responsibilities Facilitate leadership, engagement, and capability workshops Coach leaders and teams through change and post-determination reset Deliver induction, recognition, and engagement programs Partner with divisions to align priorities, behaviours, and schedules Adapt and refine existing workshops as needed Drive cultural transformation and high-performance teaming Evaluate outcomes and support continuous improvement Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders About You Experience in facilitation, coaching, and learning & development Background in organisational development, behavioural change, or consulting Experience in agile or complex project environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong stakeholder engagement, resilience, and adaptability Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to undergo a National Police Check How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
